PARENT AND CHILD UDON MAKING EXPERIENCE!!
This year, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the ever-popular Jumbo Sushi Roll activity will unfortunately not be held at the Perth Japan Festival. Instead, we are now proud to announce an exciting new interactive workshop for kids, an Udon Making experience with the support of Hifumiya Japanese Restaurant, which specialises in Sanuki Udon. Using Hifumiya Restaurant’s original udon recipe, children will have the chance to energetically stomp and roll out the dough to make their own udon. After it is prepared, the dough will be cut into noodles for the children to take home. Interested participants will be able to apply via Facebook in early March.
 
『親子Deうどん打ち体験』のお知らせ
今年の日本祭りは、COVID-19への配慮から人気のジャンボ海苔巻きは中止とし、新たなキッズ参加のワークショップでは、讃岐うどん店一二三屋さんのご協力を得て、手打ちうどん体験をして頂きます。一二三屋さんオリジナルのうどん生地を使い、子供達が『足ふみ工程』と『延ばし』を行います。打ち上がったうどんは、持ち帰り用にカットしてお渡しします。参加者の応募は、3月上旬にフェイスブックにて。
