Hyogo Prefectural Government Cultural Centre

Hyogo Prefectural Government Cultural Centre was established in 1992 to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the Hyogo – Western Australia Sister-State relationship. The Centre proudly coordinates and supports a variety of exchange programmes between Hyogo and WA, promotes tourism in Hyogo and the Kansai region, and encourages the learning of Japanese language and culture. Hyogo Cultural Centre is open to the public and offers the largest library in WA of Japan related resources, displays a traditional Japanese full-scale room and a large variety of authentic materials, provides a school visit programme, and runs a variety of different workshops and events each year.
